I'm a UXUI expert, coach, founder of AkademiaUXUI, CEO, and editor-in-chief of Product Design Magazine, as well as an author of a handbook and exercises for UXUI Design Optimized. I have been involved in design for over 25 years. Initially, I worked as an Art Designer at the Krakow (in Poland) Animated Film Studio, then as a Concept Visual Designer in advertising agencies, where I later held the role of Art Director. Then I started my own advertising agency, where I achieved measurable success by working directly for the most recognizable brands. I have always tried to understand the audience, and my desire to design the best solutions for the user has dominated my work completely.
Currently, my work as a UXUI consultant for international corporations has completely dominated my love for shearing education.
Based on my many years of experience, I am developing AkademiaUXUI, which offers an original Full Stack UXUI Designer course. The program is designed to provide practical experience in knowledge, allowing for effective entry into the profession as a UXUI Designer.
I am still active professionally as a UXUI Designer, although my activities go far beyond the wide range of responsibilities typical for such a role. I am developing my own design initiatives, building start-ups, writing books, blogging, and creating new concepts. A common feature of all my activities is focusing on the needs of the audience. Human Oriented Design is the most valuable direction of action. I implement this idea at every level of entire organizations. Given my years of work, it can be said that I am a practitioner, not a theorist. This is the type of pragmatism in design that I want to convey to you all in my AkademiaUXUI. As the editor-in-chief of Product Design Magazine, I closely follow technology, trends, and market developments in the IT industry.

The Biography
My biography began in 1995, when, while still in school, I designed a logo for my high school, which is still in use today. I also created my first advertisement at that time, an outdoor advertisement for a music store with a logo. Fascinated by the possibilities of digital editing, I knew that my future would be in design. After high school, it was time to work and study at the same time. Thanks to the university, I was able to graduate with a Master of Arts degree, and work gave me invaluable experience. Over the next few years, as I gained experience and knowledge, I decided to establish AkademiaUXUI, through which I can spread effective teaching for current and future UX and UI designers.
My professional experience is over 25 years of work mainly as a UXUI Designer. Mainly, because when you have your own advertising agency or when you create a startup, your role has to be wider, much wider. That's why on my list of roles that I've held, I can confidently add Product Designer, Art Director, Product Owner, and even copywriter. My advertising agency went through an evolution with me. Starting from traditional BTL actions, after some time it transformed into an interactive agency, which won a Diamond Forbes award for the most effective website for Royal Canin. Ultimately, the agency transformed into a company that allows me to implement my own startup projects. In creating advertising campaigns for the biggest brands, I was always close to the audience and the client. Analyzing the needs of both allowed me to design effective marketing messages, which translated into winning numerous tenders. My love for understanding the audience/user started, as mentioned earlier, my evolution.
Over 25 years of professional career, I have worked with many big brands, here are some of them: HSBC, BNP Paribas, American Express, MasterCard, Sony, Discovery Channel, Royal Canin, Nespresso, Danone, BP, Orlen, Shell, Intermarche...
